Thank you so much for considering CelloJo for your special day. Live music can help make your day special more memorable by adding a backdrop of elegance and uniqueness. The music you select should include pieces that represent a memory, a person, or love. Skilled musicians help to make the music come alive and I will work closely with you to ensure your musical vision is obtained.
Just because we play “classical” instruments doesn’t mean that your vision is limited to just the classics! We have the ability to play all styles of music. If particular pieces aren’t available, we can create an arrangement just for you.
There’s no denying we live in a digital world, but your tech-savvy buddy and their iPod may not be the best course of action when it comes to the most important day of your life! A live musician can adapt when the flower girl gets distracted and messes up the timing of your processional. A live musician can add a tasteful “grand pause” for your officiate to say “Please Rise,” just before you or your betrothed make your way down the aisle.
If you think you’re better off with a DJ because live musicians are limited in what they can do, you’re just not finding the right musicians. Keep in mind that you’re not going to need more than ten to fifteen songs per hour, so any good musician (such as myself!) with a sizeable repertoire will be able to provide you with enough songs to keep your guests engaged and entertained, all while adding an air of class and dignity to your wedding ceremony.
